A thirty six year old artist is able to draw cities by just taking a look at them for some minutes (by helicopter ride). Stephen Withshire will arrive in Australia to show his extrordinary drawings of this city. Stephen is 36 years old who was diagnosed with with autism when he was three. He has impressed many people around the world with his large scale drawing of Lodon. He took 5 days to finish 4 meters long paroma of England without any help. Before he starts to draw the two famous cities, he memorize position and size of hundred building and landscape. Lat october he completed a 5.5 meters drawin of New York City.
“I find it hard work to put in lots of information in just a few days,” he said.
“Sometimes it’s hard to remember because there’s lots of detail.
“My favourite is New York. They have the big avenues and lots of yellow taxi cabs. The traffic is chaotic and it’s full of people.”


He was discovered as an amazing artist when he was around five years old. An drawing is one of the way that he communicate with people around him.
In 2006, he was awarded an MBE for services to art by Prince Charles
